The OnDemand Satisfaction Guarantee

OnDemand guarantees your satisfaction with our services and support. Because our company was created by top air charter managers and air cargo professionals, we strive to be the best air charter resource and information provider on the web. If you are not satisfied with our services for any reason, please contact us immediately and we will either correct the situation or provide a refund, your choice.

Guarantee Details:
  1. To request a refund, simply write to us at OnDemand c/o XGL, 14001 Dallas Parkway, Ste 1200, Dallas, Texas 75240 and in the subject line write "Request A Refund". Provide a brief reason describing your need for a refund and we will contact you to discuss your concerns and or our ability to satisfy you. Unfortunately, we can't refund money charged by air carriers or third party providers, out-of-pocket costs incurred while supporting you, prior to, during or post your air charter event. By notifying us in writing, we will process your refund within five (5) business days of receipt. All refund requests must be made within 60 days of purchase.
     
  2. Please note that OnDemand cannot guarantee the results or outcome of your particular business arrangement between you and the air carrier. For instance, if you are negotiating price from carrier, we can't guarantee that it will go your way. Or, for example, a country's government may reject landing permission or operating authority resulting in money loss and the air charter not operating. Examples such as these are reasons beyond the scope of OnDemand's service and such items are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee.
